WidgetChat is entirely free, and it is not a trial. Everything is free: sites, conversations, files, voice messages, replies from Telegram, Bitrix24 and RetailCRM, the API. Below is what we show visitors in return, and what other chats give on their free plans.

What you get without paying
- Sites and conversations As many sites in one account and as many conversations as you need. There is no point after which the history disappears.
- Agents The admins of your Telegram group answer. Make as many as you need; there is no per-agent fee.
- Files, screenshots and voice Attachments up to 50 MB, annotated page screenshots, transcribed voice messages.
- Appearance Colours and the window theme (light, dark or following the site), the button icon, size and position, an avatar, the name and role of whoever answers, an invitation bubble next to the button, up to three quick replies, reply and send sounds, including your own.
- CRM and API Bitrix24 open channels, RetailCRM chats, the public API and signed webhooks.
What we show in return
A small WidgetChat sign sits in the chat window header. It cannot be removed.
A visitor who has dictated five messages by voice once gets a message from WidgetChat in the chat window about our Dictator dictation app. It is signed WidgetChat, not with your name, so nobody takes it for your words. There are no ads from other companies in the chat.
