WidgetChat costs $0: there is no fee per site, per agent or per conversation. Paid plans of popular live chats start at $19 to $29 a month per agent, or a flat price per workspace. The prices below come from their sites as of 1 October 2026.

What makes up the price of a live chat
- A fee per agent The most common model: the price is multiplied by the number of people who answer. With us, the admins of your Telegram group answer and we do not count seats.
- A conversation limit Free and cheap plans are often capped by conversations a month, just when the chat starts working.
- The vendor's badge Removing someone else's badge from the window usually takes an expensive plan. Our WidgetChat sign is always there.
