WhatsApp for your website and customer messages
A customer wrote on WhatsApp — the message lands in the same flow as a question from the chat on your site. The correspondence stays with the company, not on an employee's phone.
What changes once it is connected
- The correspondence belongs to the company — The history does not leave with an employee and their phone: it lives in your workspace.
- The history is at hand — The whole exchange with the customer is kept: the next question lands in the same conversation instead of starting from nothing.
- Attachments arrive whole — Photos and documents are kept in the conversation history and open only inside your workspace.
- The sender signature is checked — Events are accepted only with a valid Meta signature and from the expected number — someone else's message will not land in your conversation.
What is needed on your side
WhatsApp lets companies into the conversation through official business access — a phone number confirmed in WhatsApp Business and permission to receive messages. We connect the channel by hand on your request and help you through the check.
If you do not have that access yet, start with the site and Telegram: you connect them in the dashboard yourself and they work the same day.
There is no self-service WhatsApp connection in the dashboard right now — our team switches the channel on.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes, a company receives messages through official WhatsApp business access. We help with the setup and configure the channel on our side.
Can messages go to an employee's personal number?
That is a bad idea: the correspondence stays on their phone, the team cannot see it and it leaves with them. That is exactly what a connected channel fixes.
How long does connecting take?
On our side it is quick — we switch the channel on after your request. How long the business account check takes is up to WhatsApp and not up to us.
What is available right away without a request?
The website chat and Telegram: you set them up in the dashboard yourself, we are not involved.
